2024年、結成10周年を迎えたTha Jointzの今年初となるシングル。
今作FILAとTha JoitnzのコラボブーツWEATHERTECの名をそのまま曲名に使用。
個性派揃いの6人のMCとProduceをPaid In Full (DJ JAM&Albino)が手掛けた。
CoolかつSTREETにFEELする、正にTha Jointzらしい原点に立ち返った一曲。
